TimelineCareer
This is a documentary summary of my life and career milestones spanning over the past decade.
2013 - 2016 Freelance
The Traveller So...I almost died in Northern Nigeria taking pictures then ended up staying for 2 years.
Fresh out of law school, I was faced with the decision as to whether I wanted to carry on my career as a lawyer or dig deeper into my newfound fascination with UI/UX design. Although I enjoyed my time as a DJ and Graphics Designer I was certain figuring my next steps will require me to leave all my lives behind.

2017 - 2022 Group Head Of Digital Steam Broadcasting & Communications Limited (Cool FM, Wazobia FM, Nigeria Info FM and Arewa Radio)
Into The RadioverseBiting The Apple
Moving back to Lagos from the North, I was energized with new experiences and perspectives. After years of freelancing as a Graphics and UI/UX designer, my first proper job was at Ellae Agency where I had the privilege of working with brands such as Coventry University, Tranos, Kaptain Foods, etc. I moved soon after to Steam and Globe Broadcasting Group (COOL FM, Nigeria Info FM, Wazobia FM, and Arewa Radio) Nigeria's biggest private radio company where I served as group head of digital. Although my career choice in media was a huge betrayal of my parents (especially my lovely mother who still doesn't understand what my job is till today ) they grew to accept it as the reality.

2022 Head of Business Development Clout Africa
2019 - 2022 Team Lead, Technology and Strategy Clout Africa
Biting Harder Chasing Clout
Off the back of the success of breakout stars such as Tems, Fireboy DML, Blaqbonez, Zinoleeksy, Joeboy, Asake and many more from the AUX Africa platform. I pitched to the management the idea of Clout Africa, a music accelerator platform that'll promote artists through its content set. Clout Africa launched in 2019 and that began my new role as Head of strategy and Technology which then evolved in to the Head of business development. Never would I have guessed years ago that my journey into radio would get to this point but looking back I wouldn't trade it for anything.

2022 - Business and Strategic Manager, Africa (Platoon) Apple Inc.
A New Legacy 🦓
On September 2022, I accepted an offer from tech giant Apple Inc. as Business & Strategic Manager, Africa (Platoon). This is an opportunity of a lifetime and a dream come true! At Platoon, i've been privileged to work on marketing strategies for artistes such as Ayra Starr, Asa, Khaid, Teni The Entertainer and other amazing artists on the Platoon roster.

A New AdventureYear III
Collaborating on campaigns for artists like Ayra Starr, Khaid, Asa, Alor G, PDSTRN, Tolibian, Dwin The Stoic, and several other emerging and established talents across West Africa was a truly rewarding and enriching learning experience. We deepened our connection with local communities and tastemakers through initiatives like #SheRunsTheBoards, which paved the way for Platoon's first music camp in West Africa, the #SheRunsTheBoards Music Room at Queen's College, and a range of impactful local activations and initiatives. These milestones clearly demonstrate the power of effective stakeholder and community engagement in localizing the brand’s business ethos.

COCOAUhuru by Ubuntu
Community has been at the heart of every milestone and achievement in my career. The support, collaboration, and shared vision of friends and partners around the world have played a defining role in the impact and momentum behind every project I’ve worked on. COCOA was born from that same spirit: a community of African creators focused on creating viable pathways to opportunities available in the global creator economy. One of the accelerators in my own journey has been clarity. Knowing what I’m building toward and where to find the knowledge and tools to get there has made all the difference. I see that same potential across the continent. Africa is rich with talent, creativity, and drive. COCOA is my effort to o bridge the gap between African talent and the global creator economy.

Arroweye ProAfrican Intelligence
I’ve always been drawn to the idea of turning routine into systems through code. Throughout my career, I’ve used design and automation to simplify repetitive tasks, boost productivity, and stay focused on execution. Along the way, I built a personal toolkit of custom solutions that quietly powered my daily work.
In 2024, that passion evolved into Arroweye Pro, a business automation platform built to help African creators and businesses achieve their revenue goals through smarter, data-driven decisions. The vision is to enable local businesses across Africa to operate with the same clarity and efficiency as those in more data-mature markets.
